Lou Reed Lou Reed RCA Victor label, 1972 UK pressing.  Lou Reed is the debut solo studio album by American rock musician Lou Reed, released in May 1972 by RCA Records, two years after he left the Velvet Underground. It was produced by Richard Robinson and Reed and features London session musicians as Reed's backing band, two of whom, Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe, were from the British progressive rock band Yes. Grading - VG Purchase Duval Timothy & Rosie Lowe Son Carrying Colour label, 2021 UK pressing.  ‘SON’ was recorded in London and Freetown between 2019-21. Inspired by the pair’s shared love of choral music, it began as an experiment to explore playing with the voice in more creative ways, using layered vocals as an instrument following piano harmony, arrangement and sampling. Grading - Near Mint Purchase Dem Juju Poets Liberated Thoughts Matasuna Records label, 2017 German pressing.  David Hanke aka Renegades Of Jazz, brainchild behind Dem Juju Poets, keeps on with his distinctive Afro sound and delivers great music in various styles.  Dem Juju Poets will be now the main outfit for Hanke to release more Afro driven music in the future. Grading - Near Mint Purchase Don Cherry Music, Wisdom, Love Cacophonic label, 2017 UK pressing. Reaching a near-mythical status amongst fans of free jazz’s most worldly intrepid explorer, these seldom heard Paris soundtrack sessions known as Music, Wisdom, Love have evaded collectors’ grasps and confused historians for exactly 50 years. Grading - Near Mint Purchase Stimulator Jones Exotic Worlds And Masterful Treasures Stones Throw Records label, 2018 US pressing.    Debut album from multi-instrumentalist Stimulator Jones, available on Stones Throw via Inertia. Stimulator Jones is Samuel Lunsford, and played every instrument on his debut. Features the single "Soon Never Comes", which has over 200K streams on Spotify. Grading - VG+ Purchase Klause Schulze Body Love Island Records, 1977 UK pressing. Body Love is the seventh album by Klaus Schulze. It was originally released in 1977, and in 2005 was the ninth Schulze album reissued by Revisited Records. It is the original soundtrack for the porn movie of the same name by Lasse Braun. Grading - VG+ Purchase Tangerine Dream Stratosfear Virgin Interntional label, 1981 US pressing. Stratosfear is the seventh studio album by the German group Tangerine Dream. The LP reached No.39 in the UK, in a 4-week chart run, and eventually reached silver status for selling in excess of 60,000 copies. Grading - VG+ Purchase Maurice Louca Elephantine Sub Rosa label, 2022 Belgian pressing. On Elephantine, his Northern Spy album, Cairo-based Maurice Louca guides a 12-piece ensemble through a 38-minute masterwork that might best be described as panoramic. Elements of free improvisation, Sun Ra’s cosmic jazz, gorgeous Arabic melody, trancelike African and Yemeni music and minimalism meet in his wholly unique compositional vision. Louca also makes vital contributions on guitar and piano, and inspires stirring performances from a global lineup. Grading - VG+ Purchase
